When it comes to betting markets, we really liked what the operator had to offer. The selection of leagues and tournaments they cover in their offer of sports is nothing short of impressive.
Football markets, for example, include leagues from over 35 countries. That is something we can rarely see, even in the offers of much bigger brands.
Some of the other sports you can bet on are horse racing, American football, basketball, baseball, MMA, tennis, cycling, etc.
The operator also includes some of the more niche markets such as beach soccer, surfing, Gaelic hurling as well as e-sports.
For punters who like to venture into online betting outside of sports, the operator offers Specials.
In there, customers can bet on US and UK politics, as well as a number of pop culture related events, such as award ceremonies, or reality show winners.
Mobile Website and Apps
At the time of this review, the operator did not offer a mobile app.
However, their services can be accessed on mobile through the mobile version of their website.
We found the website to be very well optimized for both smartphones and tablets.
The navigation was intuitive and we were able to easily open a new account, place a bet, and ultimately claim the Premier Punt bonus.
Hopefully, the operator will offer mobile apps in the future, but for now, the mobile website is more than enough for anyone accessing the site on-the-go,
When it comes to payment methods, Premier Punt has a few options. Users can make payments with cards, or online money transfer services. At this point, you are limited to these 4 options:
The omission of popular payment methods like PayPal or Paysafecard might turn some new away, so we hope that the operator includes more payment options in the future.
Overall, we were quite satisfied with the customer support. The site offers a short, but useful FAQ section, where they go through the registration, deposits and withdrawal procedures.
For example, they can find out how to get the Premier Punt Bonus. In order to contact customer support, users can use the Live Chat service, which is available 7 days a week, from 9 am to 10 pm.
When the issue doesn’t require urgency, or when chat is offline, users contact support with an email.
We appreciate that the chat or message icon hovers in the lower right corner at all times, on both desktop and mobile.
Digging through the website in search of a way to contact support is never fun and can waste a lot of time.
When we take everything into account, Premier Punt offers a solid sports betting experience. Their strongest point would definitely be their offer of betting markets.
We were very impressed by the world-wide scope of leagues and tournaments included.
That is certainly something that sets this bookmaker apart from the competition and should be a big draw for new users.
Another thing that will make new users interested in the Premier Punt bonus offer.
On the other hand, there were some things that we found a bit lacklustre.
Although the mobile website offered a flawless betting experience, the fact that the operator does not offer dedicated apps is a bit disappointing.
Note that although the bookmaker does have social media posts which refer to a mobile app, at the time of this review we were unable to find any mention of it on the operator’s website.
Additionally, we would like to have seen more choice when it came to payment methods.
|What we liked||What we didn’t like|
|Excellent offer of betting markets||Limited payment options|
|Well-designed mobile website||No dedicated apps|
|Solid customer support|
